Cinco de Mayo Michelada

Perfect for Sunday Brunch or Cinco de Mayo. The Michelada is the Mexican version of the Bloody Mary with beer and interesting spices.

12 oz Modelo Especial

4 oz Clamato

3-4 dashes Tapatio

2 dashes Worcestershire

2 dashes Maggi sauce (or Soy or amino acids)

juice of 1 lime (approx. 1.5 oz)

Tajin seasoning for rimming (1/2 Tablespoon)

Rim pint glass with Tajin or salt and add some ice. Pour remaining ingredients into glass, including remaining Tajin if desired. Stir and serve.
