Here is a sweeter, fruit influenced cocktail that smells as good as it tastes.
2 bottles Deschutes Brewery Fresh Squeezed IPA
1 C. peach nectar (I use Kerns’s)
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup
4 oz Pisco brandy
2 C. frozen peach slices
Divide peach slices between 2 glasses. In a pitcher, combine nectar, lemon juice, simple syrup and brandy. Pour into glasses and add beer, stirring gently to combine. Viola, Beer-gria!
